    The service was top-notch, with our bags swiftly taken by the porter, and the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. We relaxed in the lovely indoor pool and enjoyed a great massage at the spa, making our stay even more enjoyable. Just a heads up, the city noise did come through the window a bit, but it didn't really bother us. 😊

    central hub for city walks and iconic landmarks

    I had a wonderful stay where I could easily stroll to the iconic Sydney Opera House and beautiful Hyde Park, both just a short walk away, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

    Oh, those croissants! Flaky, buttery, and perfect with a cuppa! I also enjoyed the welcoming vibe from staff. they were super friendly and helpful. Plus, the location couldn't be beaten—easy access to nearby gems like Cafe Sydney and O Bar and Dining!

    Breakfast was a bit of a debacle—waited ages for a table and a second coffee machine would’ve made a world of difference. Also had a mix-up with the bags not getting delivered to the room, which felt a bit off. But despite that, everything still shined!

    The room was huge and had a comfy bed plus a nice bathroom with a bath and a shower. The standouts were the complimentary fruit delivered in the afternoon and the lovely turndown service. Breakfast had tons of options including freshly baked croissants. The gym was decent to get a workout. Great central location too.

    The location of Radisson Blu Sydney is superb. It's close to attractions like the Opera House and the Botanical Gardens, making it easy to explore. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that offered a great night's sleep. I loved the selection of pillows, allowing for a customized experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, striking the right balance between helpful and not intrusive. However, the breakfast scene was chaotic. I waited a long time for a table, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff at the coffee machines, which made mornings a bit frustrating. Also, the bar service was slow. I waited too long for a drink and had to ask for a refund instead. It would have been better if they offered cash refunds at that moment. In terms of food, I ordered room service, but I was surprised by the delivery charge, which felt unnecessary. Those small points took away from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

    We had a wonderful stay at our spacious room, which had a spa bath. The location was perfect, a short walk to the iconic opera house and Circular Quay, making it easy to explore Sydney with my two teenagers.

    In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast situation was chaotic and should be improved for families. A streamlined process would help keep the frustration at bay.
